While North Korea is preparing for another nuclear test, the United States, South Korea and Japan have jointly announced that their response to North Korea’s next nuclear test will be strong and maximum.
Speaking to reporters after a joint high-level meeting between the United States, South Korea and Japan, South Korea’s top security advisor Kim Sung-han said that if North Korea conducts another nuclear test, there will be a strong reaction from the three allied countries.
He also said that if North Korea, which has already conducted six nuclear tests, conducts its seventh nuclear test, the reaction will definitely be different from the previous one. However, it has not been revealed what the strong response he mentioned will be and what its nature will be.
North Korea has vowed to advance the development of its nuclear weapons at the fastest possible pace and said it is fully prepared to respond to any threat with a nuclear war deterrent.
