Government’s employee in SinghDurbar on protest

As the Ministry of Finance announced a new and different salary scale than the one mentioned in the budget statement, the employee in Sighdurbar has gone on strike. The ministry’s regular operations are affected when the civil servants in Sighdurbar went on strike.

The lower level employees have ‘pen down’ today in the first phase of the protest saying that the salaries of the higher level employees have been increased much against the budget announcement.

The organization of government’s employees has issued a press release and said that it has taken serious notice of the fact that the new and different salary scale of the national service employees with the seal of the Ministry of Finance and the signature of the responsible officer has increased the confusion among the common national service employees and that two different documents have been published by a responsible organization.

The employees gathered in the hall of the Ministry of Information and Communication has said that they will submit a memorandum to the Minister of Finance, Minister of General Administration and Federal Affairs, Chief Secretary and Finance Secretary.
