Fire in Kapan killed three

Three people died in a fire that started at around 7:30 pm in a trekking office near Ram Mandir in Kapan.

According to District Police Kathmandu, it is said that the fire broke out on the ground floor of the trekking office after the explosion of the gas cylinder. The deceased has not yet been identified. However, it is assumed that the deceased may be a worker working in the company.

Fire engines from Kathmandu and Lalitpur have been used to control the fire. In the fire, 2 people died on the spot and one person died in the hospital during treatment. However, the extent of the damage is not yet clear in the preliminary investigation.
