Dengue on rise: More than 28000 people infected & 38 dead

Currently, dengue is spreading like an epidemic across the country. The number of dengue infected and death due to infection is also increasing day by day. Even though dengue has become an epidemic, the government has not been able to take any effective measures to control and prevent it.

So far, the number of people infected with dengue has reached 28 thousand 109 and 38 people have died across the country. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, dengue infection has been confirmed in 540 people in the last 24 hours and 2 people have died.

Dengue infection has been observed in Bagmati province with the highest number of 21 thousand 975 people. Similarly, 3125 people in Lumbini Province, 550 in Far West, 677 in Gandaki Province, 413 in Madhesh, 238 in Karnali Province and 829 in Province 1 have been infected with dengue.
