The National Examination Board has published the results of class 12.

According to the grading system 2078 BS., the board has announced the results of the class 12 exam conducted from Jesth 16-25, 2079 BS.

For the first time, the board has implemented the system of mentioning (NG) non-grading in the grade sheet if a minimum of 35% marks is not obtained in the theory exam and a minimum of 40 marks should be obtained in the practical exam.

This year, on the regular side, 188,000 students have been classified as non-grading, while the number of students obtaining 4 GPA is zero.

The board also said that students who are mentioned as NG cannot be admitted to higher education and if they get NG in only two subjects, they can give the exam for grade enhancement.

More than 400,000 students participated in the examination conducted in 1,292 examination centers across the country.

How to Check Exam Result ?

Students can go to the website of National Examination Board www.neb.gov.np and Nepal Telecom website: www.neb.ntc.net.np to check the result.

Students can get the result via SMS Service:

Send SMS to 1600 for the NTC service users:
Type NEB Symbol No. and send SMS to 1600

Students can get the results using IVR Service of NTC:

Dial the number 1601 of Nepal Telecom and follow the instructions accordingly to get the result

Grade increase exam on 30th and 31st of Ashwin 2079 BS.

The examination board has said that the grade enhancement examination of class 12 will be conducted on 30th and 31st of Ashwin 2079 BS.
