Dang, local residents and public representatives have locked the gate of the aviation fuel depot at Tarigaon Airport in Tulsipur.

Locals and public representatives locked the gate of the air-fuel depot at Tarigaon Airport in Tulsipur saying that the Bowser machine used for filling the aircraft is going to be taken back. After a long time, only Nepal Air Service Corporation’s aircraft have been taking flight at the airport. There have been difficulties for other airlines to start a flight in Tarigaon due to the lack of a fuel depot. The locals with the Deputy Mayor of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan Syani Chaudhary have jointly locked the gate of the air-fuel depot at the airport, saying that the government is trying to shut down the airport by taking back the Bowser machine.

It is said that the president of the Tulsipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry has sent a letter to all the relevant agencies on the matter and has also warned that if their demands are ignored, they will conduct a strong agitation program.
