Government is moving towards dictatorship: Jhalanath Khanal

Biratnagar – Speaking in a press conference at Biratnagar on Monday morning, CPN-UML leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal said that the government is moving towards dictatorship and the authoritarianism of the Congress-UML is taking the country towards decline.

Stating that the country is currently facing a political crisis and is becoming weaker overall, he said that the authoritarianism of the two parties is pushing the country towards decline rather than progress.

He also said that there is no justification for amending the constitution when the constitution is not being fully implemented, saying that the government’s attitude has challenged democratic values ​​and corrupt people are getting immunity after the formation of the Congress-UML coalition government.
